5. Refund Scenarios

- Service outages exceeding 48 hours in a billing period
- Billing errors or duplicate charges
- Technical issues preventing service use (verified by our team)
5.2 Eligible for Partial Refund
- Downgrading from annual to monthly billing (prorated difference)
